What was your grooms reaction to seeing you for the first time in your wedding dress?

He saw me in my dress for the first time when I walked down the aisle. He just had a huge smile on his face while I was trying to keep from crying. He told me afterwards that he thought he was going to cry and was so nervous to see me but as soon as he say me, all nerves went away and he was just purely happy. Melted my heart!

What piece of advice would you give brides planning now?

Choose your bridal party wisely. Select friends that you fully trust and can 100% rely on. Don’t take on too much yourself, get help. Plan everything out in advance, it will help keep everything organized and mind at ease.

What was your favorite detail/element of your wedding?

I was blown away by the fact that so many people were all so happy for us and all celebrating together with all eyes on us. It was intimidating for sure but I grew to really take it all in and truly appreciate all of the love we have. I’ve never experienced anything like it 🙂

Did you take a honeymoon? Where?

We honeymooned in Jamaica at the Sandals Southcoast Resort and it was the most romantic and fun time we’ve ever had. We are planning to go back in the next couple years 🙂
