I got my dress through Sophia’s in Indianapolis (Southport location) and was helped by Natalie. She was AMAZING. I had to go back and forth on some options and she was super helpful. I was stuck between two dresses and she asked me all the right questions to help me make my choice. She kept the vibes high and was super professional at the same time. Sophia’s bridal is an excellent place to go shopping. I worked with Jenny when I went and she was so attentive and supportive. Sydney at the Southport location was  excellent! She was very thoughtful, listened really well, and overall had amazing customer service. I did get a dress from the location, and so glad I went back and worked with her again. After having one bad experience at a different bridal shop, she made the experience 1000% more magical. I truly appreciate her bringing out more dresses,  even though I only tried one out of the five dresses she brought out on, before trying on the dress I ended up getting again (sorry about that!) Just wanted to say that this past weekend I got the pleasure to accompany my future daughter in law in the process of saying yes to the dress 👗 and even though we went to other appointments after our first appointment at Sophia’s of Greenwood no one was able to beat the treatment that we received from Natalie she was fabulous and beyond informative & never made my daughter in law feel pressured into buying a dress but truly listened to her dress inspo and brought multiple ones  that fit what she was wanting and even some wildcards to make sure she received the full experience which she did and deep down she already knew she had found her dress but wanted to keep her other appointments just to be confident in her decision with no doubt or regret! So shortly after as a double bonus we were on the other side of town finishing our other appointments near the keystone location when we realized both Sophia locations were closed and she was not going to be able to get her official “ yes to the dress” moment but I called the Keystone store and told them the situation and that her mom and herself were traveling from out of state and really wanted the photo op etc.. and they said no problem head on over and they were so amazing! My stylist, Natalie, did a phenomenal job! She made the entire experience feel so special from start to finish. There was complimentary champagne, she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and she somehow pieced together the PERFECT dress for my wedding… that’s only 3 months away!

I was honestly a little worried I wouldn’t be able to find the dress with such a short timeline, but I didn’t have to compromise on anything I truly wanted. Natalie absolutely UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! 😍🥰❤️

I had an amazing experience. My stylist Taylor provided the exact dresses I sent in for inspo, which I was so excited about. She had great communication leading up to my appointment.

I am extremely anxious and indecisive . Taylor made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring, as well as patient.

I don’t even know where to start! From my very first phone call asking questions and setting my appointment it was exceptional. Katrina made me feel so comfortable and confident, she was amazing!!! She even wrote me a letter that made me tear up. All the girls were so sweet and equally amazing. I had the joy of having two appointments at Sophia’s. One of my fiancé’s friends got her dress here years ago and recommended it to me, specifically noting how friendly the staff was and how comfortable they made her feel. On my first visit, it was my first time ever trying on a wedding dress and I had no idea what I was looking for. I was helped by both Sam and Katrina, and they were nothing but helpful, kind, and supportive. They asked questions and really listened to my answers. I knew I was going to Chicago the following weekend to try on dresses with my mom and sisters so I told them that, but they put no pressure on me at all to buy a dress that day. I ended up trying on a beautiful dress that I loved and felt so, so good in. They let me stay in the dress and take plenty of pictures and gush about how pretty it made me feel. They could tell how happy I was, but still wished me luck in Chicago and told me not to settle for anything less than the feeling I had trying on that dress. I tried on plenty of others at a few stores in Chicago and found some I liked, but I kept comparing all back to the one I loved from Sophia’s. I made an appt to go back with my mom and I had the privilege of working with Katrina once again. She greeted me with a big smile, gave off such good vibes, and was incredibly welcoming and excited for me. She let me wear the beautiful dress for as long as I wanted, and patiently worked with me to find the perfect veil. I bought both, and I could not be more excited to wear them to my wedding this spring. We took the I said yes to the dress photos and I was provided with plenty of info including seamstress contact info. All around, great vibes and great experiences at Sophia’s! I recently had an appointment here and they were absolutely wonderful! I’m a bit of an unconventional bride and have received some not so kind treatment at some of my appointments due to this. Every single person in my appointment made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in the doors. They showered me with kindness and respect. They also worked so diligently to get me a specific sample shipped in from a different store (which I said yes to!). My consultant, Jenny, made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time! She was the sweetest consultant ever!! She even obliged pulling two more dresses aside from the one I had requested a sample of! Both of the two additional dresses she pulled were right on the money for dresses I liked a lot!! She let me spend sooooo much time in my dream dress and let me decide when it was finally time to change! I’ve never felt so much warm energy in a place. Everyone who works here truly loves and cares about what they do! I’m so excited for the day I finally get to walk down the aisle! Michaela my stylist was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and my group took way longer than expected and never once did I feel rushed or that she was anything more than excited for me! The dress I chose had a lot of straps that she had to individually attach every time and I bet I tried it on 4 times during the process! I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!
