The journey of our bride.

Our very own Bridal Consultant, Alyssa, is about to celebrate her 1 year anniversary. What better way to celebrate the first year, then to be featured in a blog about your wedding day?! Stunning doesn’t begin to describe her as a bride…Get ready!

Alyssa was 17 when they happened to come across each other at an Art Studio during a youth group invite. Lovely to meet during a church group outing! The pair dated for about 2 years before becoming engaged. Alyssa told Austin when he proposes, she will tell him to try again, if he didn’t do a good job. It’s fine! Clearly he did, as they are now celebrating their 1st anniversary.

As for their wedding Day, Alyssa said their were so many sentimental moments that happened along the way. Here’s what she had to say…

There were quite a few special things that we incorporated into our wedding day. About a month before the wedding my mom found my first bible!! In the front cover was a little poem about it being a part of the bridal bouquet! My florist delivered the bouquet of my dreams with the bible included! The venue itself was also very special. We looked for a few months for the perfect venue, but ended up at our home church. It was perfect.

The details overall was something that was very important to me. Austin and I both really love hot tea so we had a hot tea and coffee bar. On top of loving tea, I also love breakfast food. So, of course we had brunch. It was so different and fun. I wanted every guest to feel like they were experiencing something unique and personal. Every detail down to place cards and flatware were meticulously chosen by Austin and myself.

She was sweet enough to share her fave images from her big day and let’s just say WOWSA! Elegant Bride with style is clearly the best way to describe her wedding day.
