Newly remodeled downtown boutique is second location for Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom in Indiana

Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom, the south-side’s largest locally owned prom and bridal store, has opened a second location in Columbus, Indiana. Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom Columbus is located at 544 Washington Street in the heart of downtown Columbus. The newly remodeled Columbus boutique is open for business and celebrating with an Opening Event on Friday, October 4th from 4pm-7pm. Brides (past, present and future!), businesses and the community is invited to come see the updated space, enjoy some treats and meet the staff. 

Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom has been a staple of south-side Indianapolis for more than a decade and serves thousands of brides, grooms, and prom goers each year.  With a wide selection of chiffon, satin, sequins beaded, etc., Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom Columbus will offer options for women and men.  Sophia’s offers brides over 100 designer wedding dresses all under $1500 including designer samples and one-of-a-kind dresses exclusive to Sophia’s. Bridesmaids dresses start around $150. For men, Sophia’s Bridal Tux & Prom offers a wide selection of styles and customization offers for tuxedos. XO by Sophia’s is open ahead of Prom season from December until May with designer dresses and up-to-date styles. 

Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom is owned by Matthew and Jessica Limeberry. Matthew is a Major in the United States Army and is currently stationed at Camp Atterbury, IN. Jessica runs the daily operations at Sophia’s Bridal, Tux and Prom in Southport and Columbus. “We are extremely excited to now serve more clients in Columbus and the southern part of Indiana. At Sophia’s, we have a strong mission to celebrate, love and empower all of our brides and their families. We want our newly renovated, downtown Columbus boutique to offer all brides, prom-goers and special event attendees a relaxed, fun and low pressure experience,” said owner Jessica Limeberry. Matthew and Jessica are high school sweethearts from Center Grove High School and married in 2006.  Jessica is a lung cancer survivor and was awarded the 2019 Impact Award by the American Lung Association in Indiana. The Limeberrys live in Greenwood, Indiana with their 4 sons.
