Prepping for Tuxes
BRING IDEAS
Bring photos, ideas, and your vision with you! We love making this a reality! We work with Jim’s Formal Wear to bring all the styles, colors, trends and looks!
PLAN FOR 1 HOUR
The initial planning meeting takes about 45 min – 1 hour. This can be just the bride and groom, or the entire party – whatever works best for you! If someone can’t come to the initial meeting, no problem! Have them come in on their own to get measured!

FAQ
Do you rent or sell tuxedos?
We do both rentals and for purchase tuxes! And several options, you can do the same suit both ways! For rentals, they come with the whole set, inculding shirt, tie, vest, jacket, pants, and shoes. They will come hemmed and ready to wear! For purchase suits usually come with the vest, jacket, and pant (extras also available to rent or purchase separately) and would come needing to be hemmed and alterted to you!

How much does it cost?
Our tuxedo rentals start at $155 and can range to about $250 depending on upgrades, customizations, add-ons and style! For purchase options start around $500, and if you purchase a dress at Sophia’s, you do qualify for a discount for purchase and rental options!
Do you have a skinny pant?
We have every style from a more traditional boxy cut to a modern slim fit! We are able to fit each guy based on your vision and what works best for their body type!
What color tuxes do you have?
We have black, grey (multiple shades), white, ivory, and tan! We also have some cool plaids and trendy colors lime maroon and blue jackets!
How long does it take?
Measuring and choosing a tux can take around 30 minutes, and we recommend giving at least 2-4 months time to get them ordered and your whole group in and measured!!
For purchase suits, we recommend giving 3-5 months lead time so you can get everyone measured, ordered, and time for alterations!
What if I live out of town?
Great question! We make it easy by working with Jim’s Formal Wear! You can go to any authorized Jim’s retailer to get measured and we can even ship it directly to your house! We will walk you through the whole process and make sure it is a great fit!
