WHAT IS A SAMPLE WEDDING DRESS?
At bridal boutiques, we purchase sample dresses to showcase our designers and their unique styles! At Sophia’s, we usually bring in 1 or 2 of each style to show brides and have options to try on! These dresses are tried on by brides in-store, and sometimes, we need to make room in the boutique to bring in the next season’s styles!
Then we say goodbye to the sample and you get an amazing deal AND an in-stock dress you can take home that day! Win-Win!

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BRIDAL SAMPLE SALE?
We have dresses in a bridal size 6-26, with the majority of our samples in size 12-22. Bridal sizing doesn’t run consistent with ready-to-wear clothes, so if you normally wear a 10, you’ll probably wear a 12-14 in bridal. Also, with a bridal seamstress, most dresses can be altered down 2 sizes, so our team can help you talk through your options!
