I got my dress through Sophia’s in Indianapolis (Southport location) and was helped by Natalie. She was AMAZING. I had to go back and forth on some options and she was super helpful. I was stuck between two dresses and she asked me all the right questions to help me make my choice. She kept the vibes high and was super professional at the same time. Sophia’s bridal is an excellent place to go shopping. I worked with Jenny when I went and she was so attentive and supportive. Sydney at the Southport location was  excellent! She was very thoughtful, listened really well, and overall had amazing customer service. I did get a dress from the location, and so glad I went back and worked with her again. After having one bad experience at a different bridal shop, she made the experience 1000% more magical. I truly appreciate her bringing out more dresses,  even though I only tried one out of the five dresses she brought out on, before trying on the dress I ended up getting again (sorry about that!) Just wanted to say that this past weekend I got the pleasure to accompany my future daughter in law in the process of saying yes to the dress 👗 and even though we went to other appointments after our first appointment at Sophia’s of Greenwood no one was able to beat the treatment that we received from Natalie she was fabulous and beyond informative & never made my daughter in law feel pressured into buying a dress but truly listened to her dress inspo and brought multiple ones  that fit what she was wanting and even some wildcards to make sure she received the full experience which she did and deep down she already knew she had found her dress but wanted to keep her other appointments just to be confident in her decision with no doubt or regret! So shortly after as a double bonus we were on the other side of town finishing our other appointments near the keystone location when we realized both Sophia locations were closed and she was not going to be able to get her official “ yes to the dress” moment but I called the Keystone store and told them the situation and that her mom and herself were traveling from out of state and really wanted the photo op etc.. and they said no problem head on over and they were so amazing! My stylist, Natalie, did a phenomenal job! She made the entire experience feel so special from start to finish. There was complimentary champagne, she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and she somehow pieced together the PERFECT dress for my wedding… that’s only 3 months away!

I was honestly a little worried I wouldn’t be able to find the dress with such a short timeline, but I didn’t have to compromise on anything I truly wanted. Natalie absolutely UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! 😍🥰❤️

My appointment and bridal assistant were wonderful. I have Evee and she talked me through the appt, never pressuring me and allowed me to come back later that day to retry my likes and even a couple new dresses before I finally decided on one!
